The Minister of Arts and Culture, Bidoung MKPATT, personal representative of His Excellency the Prime Minister Head of Government presided over the opening ceremony of the 2nd edition of the South West Cultural Festival. organised by the South West Chief's Council to showcase the rich cultural diversity of the people's of the South West Region, encourage entrepreneurship and launch a call for peace and development of the region.
the ceremony was attended by high raking personalities; t.he Minister, director of the Prime Minister's cabinet, the Governor the of the South West region, the Mayor of Buea city council, a host of traditional authorities and invited guest from all levels of life.
