On the eve of the celebration of the 140th edition of International Workers' Day, the Ministry of Arts and Culture is organizing a conference today on the theme: " Immersion of State agents in the professional environment: the case of public administration" chaired by the Secretary General in his capacity as representative of the Minister of Arts and Culture.
This brainstorming session brings together on stage 2 panelists, namely Mr. AWA ONANA Sylvain Desiré: Deputy Director of non-civil serving staff at Minfopra and Mrs. KAMENI TSANGUE: Labor Administrator, moderated by Mrs. Blanche AMBANI: Deputy Director of Payroll and Pensions staff.
It is worth recalling that the main objective of this conference is to educate the staff of the Ministry of Arts and Culture (Minac) on the ethical elements of the labor code in Cameroon.
