In accordance with the political orientations of the Head of State, and the sub-regional vision, which aspires to make culture a lever for development and regional integration, the strategic orientation taken by the authorities in charge of the sub-sectors aims on the one hand, to improve the offer of cultural goods and services for national and foreign consumers, and on the other hand, to develop the cultural and creative industries with a view to the economic profitability of the arts and culture sub-sector , in accordance with the guidelines of the National Development Strategy 2020-2030.
